At the end of October 2025, the world's largest professional exhibition for pharmaceutical raw materials was held in Frankfurt, Germany. The exhibition gathered more than 3,500 exhibitors and 60,000 professional visitors, focusing on technological breakthroughs and environmental sustainability of core raw materials such as active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates. A number of pharmaceutical raw materials extended from the consumer end attracted attention at the exhibition, among which a probiotic raw material stood out with its large-scale market verification and clinical data from the consumer end. Clinical studies showed that after 8 consecutive weeks of supplementation with this raw material, the abundance of corresponding flora in the intestines of subjects increased by an average of 3.2 times, and inflammatory indicators decreased by 41%. Its supporting microencapsulation technology also solved the pain points of low room-temperature activity retention rate and easy inactivation in gastric acid of traditional raw materials, laying a foundation for such raw materials to enter medical scenarios such as adjuvant treatment of intestinal diseases.
